These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Shiv Fabrics ("we", "us", "our"), the developer of the ReelVault: Downloader & Player Android app ("the App"). By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1What the App does
The App lets you save videos and audio from publicly accessible web pages using links you paste or share into it, browse supported websites in a built-in browser, save WhatsApp statuses that are already stored on your device, and play media files stored on your device. The App is a tool. It does not host, upload, publish or share any content, and we do not control the content available on third-party websites.
2Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
3Copyright and acceptable use
You are solely responsible for what you download, save, play and share with the App. You agree to:
- Download only content that you own, that is in the public domain, that is licensed for download, or that you have clear permission from the copyright owner to download.
- Follow the terms of service of every website or platform you access through the App.
- Use downloaded content only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless the rights holder allows otherwise.
- Respect the privacy of others. Do not save or share another person's statuses, photos or videos without their consent.
You agree not to:
- Download, copy, re-upload, sell or distribute copyrighted material without permission.
- Bypass, disable or interfere with DRM, paywalls, login walls, private-account settings or any other access control.
- Use the App to download content from YouTube or from any service that does not allow downloading.
- Use the App to harass, stalk, defame or harm anyone, or for any illegal purpose.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, resell or redistribute the App, except where the law allows it.
4Third-party websites and trademarks
The App gives access to third-party websites such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, Reddit, Pinterest, Snapchat, Threads, Vimeo, Dailymotion and Rumble, and to WhatsApp status files on your device. These services are owned by their respective companies. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or approved by any of them. All product names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.
Your use of those websites is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Websites can change at any time, so some links or features may stop working without notice. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability or practices.
5Copyright complaints
We respect intellectual property rights. We do not host any downloaded content, so infringing material should be reported to the website that hosts it. If you believe the App itself, its listing or its materials infringe your rights, email us (section 14) with: your contact details, a description of the work, where the infringement appears, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized, and a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act for them. We will review valid notices and act on them promptly.
6License to use the App
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Android devices you own or control, for personal and non-commercial purposes, in line with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service. We keep all rights, title and interest in the App, including its code, design, name, icons and text.
7Your device, storage and data use
Downloads use your internet connection, including mobile data if you allow it, and your device storage. Your carrier may charge for data. Files you download are saved on your device. You are responsible for backing them up, and deleting or uninstalling the App may remove App data such as your download list and browser history.
8Privacy
How we handle information is explained in our privacy policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9Updates and changes to the App
We may update, change, suspend or stop any part of the App at any time, including supported websites and features, with or without notice. Some updates may be required to keep using the App. We are not liable to you for any change, suspension or discontinuation.
10Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the App will always work, be error-free or uninterrupted, support every website or format, or that any download will succeed or be of a certain quality.
11Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, files, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App, from content you download, or from third-party websites. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the App, if any. Some laws do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
12Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of anyone's rights, including copyright and privacy rights.
13Termination, governing law and changes
We may suspend or end your right to use the App if you break these Terms. You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Sections 3, 5, 10, 11 and 12 continue after termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country of residence gives you other mandatory rights. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. If you keep using the App after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
